Chai Groups

Weekly CHAI Groups

CHAI’s weekly groups are safe, welcoming spaces created by and for women of diverse backgrounds. These regular meetups are a vital part of the CHAI community, offering women the chance to connect, share, and support one another in a friendly, culturally sensitive environment. The groups are open to all women and focus on wellbeing, mental health, empowerment, and building strong social networks.

What Happens in the Sessions

Each session offers a mix of conversation, creative activities, and skill-building. Women take part in workshops, share lived experiences, explore topics like mental health, parenting, culture, or self-care, and often enjoy guest speakers or taster sessions from local services. The sessions are shaped by what matters to the women attending, making them meaningful, responsive, and rooted in community.
